<p>FOURTH ANNUAL WALK ACROSS MARION COUNTY</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Please join the Florida Trail Hikers for our Fourth Annual Walk across Marion County.  Each week beginning January 30th,  we will walk a different section of the Florida Trail until we have completed all the sections in Marion County.  This is an excellent  opportunity to learn where the various trailheads are located in our area. We plan to meet each week at Santos Campground at 8:30 am. and carpool to the various trailheads.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">February 20:  Landbridge trailhead to 49th Avenue trailhead via Blue-Loop                         4.5 miles</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">To kick-off this activity, on week 1 Master Gardner, James Davis, from the Sumter County Extension Service will be our hike interpreter and share his vast knowledge of the flora and fauna along the way.  Mr. Davis is presently the Extension agent for the Florida Yards and Neighborhoods program. Other surprise guest hikers/speakers will attend during other weeks.</span></span></p>
